Potrebno:

  • 300 gr. zelenog sočiva
  • 30 gr. butera
  • malo soli
  • malo bibera
  • dva česna belog luka
  • dve šalotke
  • tri supene kašike guščjeg mesa u masti (v. Prethodne recepte)
  • malo vrhnja za služenje

Veoma jednostavna čorba, nazvana po restoranu Polydor u Parizu, u ulici Monsieur le Prince. Staviti buter u posudu u kojoj će se kuvati čorba. Dodati seckanu šalotku i beli luk. Čim osetite miris belog luka, sipate oprano sočivo. Promešate, dodate vodu, so, i biber. Čorba je gotova za 25-30 min. Pred služanje, dodate u vrelu čorbu guščje meso i vrhnje u tanjire, po želji.

 

Kolač od šargarepe

Potrebno:

  • 250 gr. oštrog brašna
  • 125 gr. butera
  • 150 gr. smeđeg šećera
  • 100 gr. šećera u prahu
  • 100 gr. nastrugane sveže šargarepe
  • kora jednog bio-limuna
  • kesica vanilinog praška
  • kesica praška za pečenje
  • 2 jajeta
  • ili više sira mascarpone – zavisno od veličine pleha za kolač
  • očišćenih celih badema
  • 100 gr. marcipana
  • boje za hranu, crvena, žuta i zelena
  • na vrh noža soli

Umutiti penasto jaja i smeđi šećer (može i u mikseru), dodati omekšan ili rastopljen buter, brašno pomešano sa praškom za pecivo, na vrh noža soli, vanilu, kada je smesa jednolična dodati šargarepu i badem. Staviti testo u duguljast ili okrugao (28 cm) pleh, pokriven pek-papirom,  u rernu na 180 C; još je zgodnija silikonska posuda za pečenje bez masti. Testo se peče oko 45-50 min, proveriti iglom ili nožem da li je pečeno, pokriti folijom gornji deo po potrebi. Kad je kolač pečen, pustiti ga da se potpuno ohladi na rešetki.

Umutiti mascarpone sa korom od limuna i prah šećerom. Ostaviti mali komad marcipana, najveći deo obojiti crvenom i žutom bojom, tako da se dobije narandžasta. Manji deo obojiti zelenom bojom. Napraviti male šargarepe, zaseći ih nožem, dodati zeleni deo kao na slici. Preseći kolač po polovini, namazati sloj krema, poklopiti gornjim delom. Preko gornjeg dela namazati ostatak krema, rasporediti šargarepe od marcipana po volji. Kolač ne treba pokrivati kremom sa strane.
