Ljubljana through migrant objective

Photo exhibition “Migrant objective” took place on 7 June at klub Daktari, Ljubljana, within the project “Migrant objective – the promotion of social integration of third-country nationals”, funded by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the European Union, i.e. the European Fund for the integration of third-country nationals. Participants in the program managed to leave the classical photographic approach and achieve their personal photo stories through creative thinking on photographic media and their possibilities. Using photographic illustrations and video interviews with the authors about their personal experiences as migrants, the exhibition tries to present to the audience a new picture of Ljubljana, this time from the perspective of third-country nationals. At the same time, the public has the opportunity to learn about immigrants in a new light, as individuals who shape the space they live in and constitute its integral part.
