DUBRAVKA UGREŠIĆ & NENAD VELIČKOVIĆ

Dubravka Ugrešić and Nenad Veličković have something in common: both view the world ironically, wittily, critically. They do not subordinate to the recognized literary values, their intellectual independence is more important to them than superficial popularity, they cultivate high artistic standards, play with styles and literary history. Their audience is primarily the audience of literary connoisseurs.

Excerpts from works of both authors in Slovenian translation were read by Robert Waltl.

Conversation was moderated by Ivica Buljan and Svetlana Slapšak.
