Donate 1% income tax
The easiest way to donate 1% of your income tax is to fill out the form below, which you send to CNVOS with a simple signature and register as a donor.
If you wish to use the CNVOS form, you must complete it and submit it by December 20 for the current year.
You can also allocate 1% via the eDavki system, no later than December 31 for the year for which income tax is being assessed. Enter our tax number: 91833663.
You can also print out a standard form, fill it in and send it by post or take it in person to the Ljubljana Tax Office (the address can be found on the form) by the end of December at the latest.
