Prethodne recepte)<\/li>\n<li>malo vrhnja za slu\u017eenje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Veoma jednostavna \u010dorba, nazvana po restoranu Polydor u Parizu, u ulici Monsieur le Prince. Staviti buter u posudu u kojoj \u0107e se kuvati \u010dorba. Dodati seckanu \u0161alotku i beli luk. \u010cim osetite miris belog luka, sipate oprano so\u010divo. Prome\u0161ate, dodate vodu, so, i biber. \u010corba je gotova za 25-30 min. Staviti testo u duguljast ili okrugao (28 cm) pleh, pokriven pek-papirom,\u00a0 u rernu na 180 C; jo\u0161 je zgodnija silikonska posuda za pe\u010denje bez masti. Testo se pe\u010de oko 45-50 min, proveriti iglom ili no\u017eem da li je pe\u010deno, pokriti folijom gornji deo po potrebi. Kad je kola\u010d pe\u010den, pustiti ga da se potpuno ohladi na re\u0161etki.<\/p>\n<p>Umutiti mascarpone sa korom od limuna i prah \u0161e\u0107erom. Ostaviti mali komad marcipana, najve\u0107i deo obojiti crvenom i \u017eutom bojom, tako da se dobije narand\u017easta. Manji deo obojiti zelenom bojom. Napraviti male \u0161argarepe, zase\u0107i ih no\u017eem, dodati zeleni deo kao na slici. Prese\u0107i kola\u010d po polovini, namazati sloj krema, poklopiti gornjim delom. Preko gornjeg dela namazati ostatak krema, rasporediti \u0161argarepe od marcipana po volji.
